Use Sulfate and paraben free shampoo. Only wash when necessary, not after each use. Always use conditioner

use cold water only 

always spray a leave in conditioner in before drying

lay flat to air dry, or hang on a Skirt/ pant hanger to blow dry on medium heat 

use a heat protectant when heat styling and stay under 350 degrees when using hot tools 

use oil and moisturizing products on the mids and ends
