Cancellations & Rescheduling 

In order to provide the best scheduling opportunities for all guests, a 24-hour notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or a portion of your scheduled services. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment or a portion of your scheduled services with less than a 24-hour notice, or failing to arrive to your schedule appointment completely, will result in a rebooking fee of $50. This will be due prior to scheduling a new appointment. This rebooking fee will not go towards your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without a price adjustment. Guests running more than 15 minuets late may need to be rescheduled and a rebooking fee will be applied.
